fantastic stay!
helpful staff hot breakfast
i found the location convenient with easy access to nearby stations. the staff was very friendly and helpful . my room was very clean and well kept with fresh towels. breakfast included good croissants and a hot breakfast option too.
the building had scaffolding so the view from my window was obstructed .

the room had an ironing board which was very convenient for keeping my clothes crisp. soaps and bathroom amenities were plentiful which enhanced my stay. the bed and pillows were great providing a comfortable sleep.

The location was REALLY convenient. I could walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. The bathroom was lovely.

The staff was helpful, especially with directions. I appreciated the room's cleanliness and the efficient daily housekeeping service. The breakfast buffet offered varied options and fresh ingredients.
The hallway carpets showed some signs of wear.

convenient location breakfast choices luggage storage
The hotel's location is very convenient I had easy access to public transportation. The breakfast provided several choices and vegan options.
The fire alarm went off twice during one of the nights I was staying there.

The breakfast included tasty options such as vegan meals I found the variety to be quite satisfying. There were fresh juices and pastries available each morning I enjoyed that very much. The dining area was clean and well kept at all times.

The reception staff members were nice and polite I felt welcomed. The staff addressed requests efficiently and quickly I appreciated this a lot. The internet connection worked properly so I was able to stay connected.

The room was quiet and very clean I enjoyed my time inside. The bed felt very comfortable I slept well each night. The bathroom shower was great with perfect water pressure I am so glad about that.

The hotel provides luggage storage after checkout I appreciate this service. Four underground stations are located conveniently near the hotel I found this really helpful. The public areas have new decor and carpets I think the place looks amazing.

espresso machine helpful staff weekday noise building works
the location felt great, very close to the train station. the staff was helpful, and breakfast included orange juice and an espresso machine.
i was not pre-notified about exterior building works, there was scaffold to the building. it was noisy first thing in the weekday, which i found disruptive.

building works early noise
The location was quite good , near the river and a tube station.
I was not told in advance about the building works on the exterior. The scaffolding and noise early in the morning were a real problem during the weekday. I found it hard to ignore the sounds.
